1. Returns

  • Returns are only applicable if agreed at the time of booking
  • The sender must request a return before delivery is completed
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Shipment was not picked up after payment
  • Shipment was lost in transit (after investigation)
  • Service was not provided as agreed

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided if:

  • Shipment has already been delivered
  • Delay occurred due to unavoidable circumstances
  • Incorrect address or details were provided by the sender

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be made via original payment method or bank transfer

5. Damaged Shipments

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Proof (photos/videos) must be provided
  • Compensation will be evaluated as per company policy
