1. Returns
- Returns are only applicable if agreed at the time of booking
- The sender must request a return before delivery is completed
- Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Shipment was not picked up after payment
- Shipment was lost in transit (after investigation)
- Service was not provided as agreed
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be provided if:
- Shipment has already been delivered
- Delay occurred due to unavoidable circumstances
- Incorrect address or details were provided by the sender
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be made via original payment method or bank transfer
5. Damaged Shipments
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Proof (photos/videos) must be provided
- Compensation will be evaluated as per company policy
